Expert Handicappers - What time do the handicappers release their plays each day?
- Selections are generally released between 10:00-12:00 EST the night before the games. If lines are unavailable or released late, the picks may be released at a later time.
- Do your handicapping experts have available records prior to the start of the detailed records page?
- The new detailed records program at Oddsboard was installed June 15th, 2005. All previous records were rolling percentages with no game history and those numbers have been removed from the site. We feel the new system is the best and most accurate way to monitor the services of the independent Oddsboard handicappers.
- Do the handicappers offer weekly or monthly subscriptions?
- No, only daily picks are available from the Oddsboard Experts. This allows players the opportunity to select individual games from multiple handicappers and makes it more accessible to move from handicapper to handicapper if so desired.
- There was a pitching change or injury which drastically changed the line. Does that handicapper still like that game since the spread has moved?
- The point spreads or totals for a posted game are locked in at the time the games are posted. We encourage all members to place their wagers at the time the games are posted in order to insure the they receive the same odds as the posted games.
Comparative Odds Board - How do I best utilize the comparative oddsboard to shop my lines?
- We recommend that our members register for accounts with at least three (3) of the affiliated sportsbooks. Obviously the more accounts the better change of finding the best available odds. Once you have opened up your accounts and been assigned a login ID# and password you are ready to being shopping your lines. Simply locate the most favorable odds for your game (s) and then you can go directly to that sportsbook by using the corresponding login box at the top of the board.
